This project is for a property development in the south of England. Bramshott Place Village is a new-build development of retirement homes. The brief was to totally brand and market the development through the use of many different medias.
After the coprporate ID was signed off, the main aim was to design the main brochure to lift the profile of the development within the industry. As the actual building site was starting to come into action, brouchures, signage and large format posters were produced to communicate the new development to potential clients that could buy off-plan.
A website was constructed to inform people on a national (and international) level of the new development. This was coupled with a local and national ad campaign.
